An inspiring initiative from “Alba”: The children of employees turn into safety ambassadors in the summer of 2025

Aluminum Company launched Bahrain. (Alba), the largest fuse of aluminum with a single location in the world, is an inspirational initiative aimed at preparing the next generation of safety ambassadors from its employees, within the framework of the safety and health campaign for the summer of 2025 organized by the company under the slogan “Pumping the Safety Agent for a Safe Summer”.

The “next generation of Alboyen” sessions, which were held on July 17 and 22, witnessed a remarkable performance from the children of the employees who presented distinctive and unique awareness messages about safety. The participants – nine – had attended an extensive workshop for two days at Alba Club to develop their skills in the art of rhetoric and speak to the public before presenting their offers on various topics such as “avoiding the short roads in performing tasks”, “ensuring safety on the road”, and “dealing with severe heat conditions”.

This initiative is closely consistent with one of the main goals of Alba for the year 2025, which is “Kholk Al -Bawi”, a vision led by the CEO of the company, Ali Al -Baqali, to encourage every employee to play his role as an ambassador for safety in the workplace and in society, starting with the family.
