Badr Abdel -Ati opens the Egyptian Business Forum – Financial

Bader Abdel -Ati, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, today, Thursday, the Egyptian -Financial Business Forum in the financial capital, Bamako, in the presence of Mr. Abdullah Diop, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mr. Musa Al -Hassan Diallo, Minister of Industry and Trade, and Mr. Radwan Ag Mohamed, the food security commissioner, and a wide participation of businessmen and representatives of the public and private sectors in Egypt and Mali. A delegation & nbsp; extensive & nbsp; from 30 businessmen and heads and representatives of the major Egyptian companies operating in various fields, led by Dr. Sharif Al -Jabali, Chairman of the African Cooperation Committee of the Egyptian Industries Federation, and the participation of Dr. Mohi Hafez, Chairman of the Export Council for Medical Industries, Major General Hazem Ahmed Yahya, Assistant Director of the Egypt Future Authority for Sustainable Development, and representatives of the Egyptian Exporters Association, the Federation of Industries, and the Authority General Petroleum, Mineral Resources Authority. The forum represents a new and important station in the path of strengthening the economic and commercial partnership between Egypt and Mali, stressing that it opens unprecedented horizons for the private sector in the two countries to develop partnerships based on integration and trust, in line with the depth of historical ties and economic capabilities that Egypt and Mali enjoy. The Foreign Minister stressed that the relations between Egypt and Mali are currently witnessing an unprecedented momentum, and that the forum represents an important starting point for upgrading the levels of trade exchange, encouraging industrial and investment partnerships, and developing cooperation between the business community in the two countries.

& nbsp; In light of the joint efforts crowned with the formation of an economic working group in addition to the ongoing work to establish an Egyptian -financial business council to activate cooperation opportunities in various sectors. He expressed Egypt’s serious desire to expand the scope of its investments in the Republic of Mali, especially in the priority sectors of the financial government such as the textile industry, wood, and medicines, in line with national development plans, especially the development plan 2024-2033 and the new Mali vision – Mali Cora 2063.
& nbsp; The largest economy of the African continent, has promising investment opportunities and extensive cumulative experiences in implementing strategic projects in infrastructure, agriculture, energy, dams, medicine, and communications, reviewing what Egypt has achieved from a remarkable development in the industrial and service fields. She will remain a major partner for Mali in her efforts to achieve security, stability and combat terrorism, stressing the importance of adopting a comprehensive approach that links security and development as a pillar to achieve sustainable peace, calling for continuing joint action to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields. The forum, according to the special importance the financial government attaches to enhancing cooperation with Egypt, and praised Egypt’s experiences in supporting development in the African continent. He expressed his country’s aspiration to take advantage of the leading Egyptian experience in a number of vital sectors, especially in the areas of infrastructure, manufacturing industries, medicine, and energy, stressing that the convening of the forum embodies the common political will to improve the level of economic and investment cooperation between the two countries, and represents a qualitative step towards establishing a sustainable partnership.
