"Ferjan Dubai" and"Faithful" The third season of the summer camp is concluded

Dubai, July 28/ WAM/ “Ferjan Dubai” and “Al -Amin Service” concluded the activities of the “Summer Camp 2025” in its third season, which was organized in Dubai Schools in the Al -Khawaneej and Al -Barasha regions, with the participation of 626 children and children between the ages of five and 15 years, as it aimed to develop children’s technical and life skills, and introduced them to their authentic traditions, under the supervision of specialized Emirati talents.
This year the camp witnessed the establishment of 600 workshops among four diverse axes, namely skills and creations, Dubai Champions for Junior, security awareness, societal interdependence and popular heritage.
He focused on the axis of skills and creativity on a variety of professions such as agriculture, cooking, carpentry, and soap industry, while explaining the Dubai Young Champions axis how to behave in cases of fire and mechanisms for using first aid with friends if one of them is injured.
As for the axis of security awareness, the youngsters are learned through it how to protect themselves from electronic fraud, or to deal with anyone trying to lure them to use narcotic substances, and other security aspects.
The camp workshops included organizing 81 government workshops, 387 workshops for project owners, 22 workshops in the field of artificial intelligence, in addition to 22 workshops and lectures in the field of security awareness, and 301 workshops and lectures within the axis of skills and creativity.

The camp also witnessed the establishment of 47 workshops and lectures in the field of societal interdependence and popular heritage, and 76 workshops within the Dubai Champions Axis for Junior, as well as the organization of 16 trips.
The camp witnessed the organization of friendly sports competitions and challenges between the people of Farjan Dubai, and the athletes were nominated from children to participate in sports events, while Ferjan Dubai and the service of the Secretary organized a workshop on the purposeful content industry, to raise awareness of mechanisms that investigate accuracy before publishing any story or image.
Besides, the camp for children allowed a group of electronic games workshops, so that children compete together, with a control room to send awareness messages not to respond to strangers inside the chat rooms in these games to protect them from luring or avoid them falling prey to electronic crimes.
Within the activities of the camp, the “Young Hawirir” platform was organized, with the participation of 50 children, which gave them the opportunity to sell their products in a distinctive way, which helps them to understand trade and gain sales and purchase skills, while the camp witnessed the provision of specialized sessions on entrepreneurship for children to teach them in a fun way how to start a simple project and develop their ideas.
The camp also witnessed the participation of 90 volunteers from all over Dubai, where they provided support in organizing workshops and daily activities, and contributed to providing a safe and stimulating environment for children, which reflects the spirit of societal giving and enhances the importance of volunteer work.
Omar Al -Falasi, the general supervisor of the service of the Secretary, stressed that the “Secretary” was keen, through her participation in organizing the summer camp, to enhance children’s awareness of security and safety values, in a simplified manner that suits their ages and established them with proper behaviors; The security awareness workshops have varied between education in electronic protection and awareness of behavioral risks.
He explained that the workshops and lectures were characterized by interactive, as they explained to children topics such as electronic fraud, drug risks, and bullying, in a suitable manner of their ages, and motivates them to think and proper behavior.
For its part, Alia Al -Shamlan, director of Farjan Dubai, said that the summer camp 2025 is a real reflection of the vision of Ferjan Dubai in empowering children, and developing their skills in a fun and safe educational environment.
She pointed out that in the Ferjan Dubai, it was keen to bear the identity of the camp this year a vital and close nature of the interests of the child, and activities were designed that reflect the diversity of the skills he needs in his daily life, from agriculture, cooking to carpentry and soap industry, explaining that these experiments are not just entertainment, but rather practical educational tools that help the child to discover, and enhances the sense of responsibility for him.
The summer camp was organized this year in its third session in partnership between the Ferjan Dubai and the “service of the Secretary” “being a sponsor and organizer”, the Community Development Authority in Dubai, the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai, as the main sponsors, the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority, Du, and the Emirates Islamic Bank, as they are community sponsors, in addition to the Knowledge Fund Foundation.
