The Head of Health Care follows up the preparations for the start of the second stage of comprehensive health insurance
Dr. Ahmed Al -Sobky, Chairman of the General Authority for Health Care, General Supervisor of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Project, held an expanded meeting with the executive management of therapeutic care, as part of the ongoing preparations to launch the experimental operation for the second stage of the comprehensive health insurance system, which starts from Matrouh Governorate, the first governorates of the second stage to enter the service next September 2025.
& nbsp; All hospitals and health units that have been created or developed will be greatly used within the presidential initiative & quot; a decent life & quot; not only in Matrouh Governorate, but at the level of all governorates targeted by operation, noting that these facilities are an essential pillar in achieving comprehensive health coverage, especially in rural and remote areas.
He added that there are extensive preparations to implement a model An innovative health coverage that takes into account the geographical and social nature of each governorate, and depends on the principles of operational flexibility and a fair distribution of health service, to ensure that sponsorship has reached all population categories with efficiency, quality and sustainability.
