The Minister of Youth and Sports is witnessing the Arab Judo Club Championship competitions in Borg El Arab
Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, witnessed today the Arab Judo Club Championship competitions held during the period (8-12) this August, in the hall covered in Burj Al Arab in Alexandria, with the participation of 49 clubs representing 11 Arab countries, namely & quot; Saudi Arabia, Emirates, Kuwait, Jordan, Qatar, Algeria, Libya, Iraq, Syria, Yemen & quot; in addition to Egypt the host country. By hosting Egypt to this great Arab sporting event, stressing that organizing international and regional championships on the land of Egypt reflects the confidence of international and Arab sports federations in the Egyptian infrastructure and sports facilities, noting that the tournament represents an opportunity to enhance sports and popular relations between Arab countries, and develop the level of players in the Judo game. The facilities necessary to host the continental and international championships, which contributes to the consolidation of Egypt’s position as a pioneering regional center for major sporting events.
