The agent of Al -Azhar stressed that artificial intelligence cannot be a substitute for the qualified or firm mufti who carries the trust of the statement on the authority of God Almighty, and derived the legal rulings from its evidence considered with a deep understanding and accurate awareness of the purposes of the Sharia on the one hand, and the conditions of the people who are renewed on the other hand These modern technologies have a constructive role in the field of advisory, and in the service of scientists and the fatwas, by facilitating access to sources and references, arranging and updating data, and analyzing a large quantity of legal fatwas, and providing rapid initial answers based on reliable and stored information, in a way that contributes to supporting the fatwa system, enriching and rationalizing its content. Investing its tools to increase the accuracy of the research, the speed of access to texts, and link issues to their counterparts and developments, explaining that the human mind and jurisprudence are Al -Faisal and the ruler in issuing the fatwa; The manufacture of the fatwa does not stop at the limits of extracting preserved texts and fixed fatwas. Ethical controls dealing with artificial intelligence and its applications, in a manner that ensures that it does not turn from a useful tool to a means that violate privacy, and undermines the moral values and principles on which societies are based. He also clarified that Al -Azhar Al -Sharif is currently working on formulating the Azhar document of the ethics of artificial intelligence, through a high committee under the supervision of the Grand Imam. A serious pause, and asked: & quot; Is it necessary for us to adhere more to our scientific and legitimate origins to be a safety valve against any counterfeiting or epistemic bias?
