The Armed Forces Major General Adel bin Muhammad Al -Balawi said that the participation of the Saudi armed forces in the exercise comes within the training guidance of the armed forces for the training period (1446 AH/1447 AH) for common and mixed exercises inside and outside the Kingdom, indicating that the exercise aims to enhance operational compatibility and integrate the joint multinational forces, and raise the level of readiness for the armed forces. Military pointed out that the Saudi armed forces participate in the exercise with actual forces from its main branches: the ground forces, the naval forces, the Air Force, and the Air Defense Forces, stressing that participation comes as a completion of a series of joint exercises with brotherly and friendly countries, in a way that contributes to enhancing cooperation and operational alignment and developing joint military action. "Shining star" It is one of the largest multinational military exercises in the region, with the participation of a number of countries and international organizations, and aims to raise the level of combat efficiency and strengthen military partnerships between the participating countries.
