Alaa Farouk, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, directed the intensification of the efforts of the automated agriculture sector, in preparation for the rice harvest season in the Delta governorates, within the framework of the comprehensive ministry’s plan to modernize the agricultural sector, provide the necessary support to farmers and achieve the maximum benefit from strategic crops, while protecting the environment from pollution resulting from the burning of rice straw.
