The Official Gazette publishes the Prime Minister’s decision to issue the Urban Development Fund regulations
The Official Gazette published, today, Saturday, in its 34th issue of bis & quot; D & quot, issued on August 27 of 2025, the decision of Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, No. 2878 of 2025, regarding the issuance of the financial and administrative regulations of the Urban Development Fund. And on the Central Bank Law and the Banking Authority issued by Law No. 194 of 2020; On the unified public finance law issued by Law No. 6 of 2022 and its executive regulations; And on the regulation of the Governmental Insurance Fund for the guarantees of the heads of the Covenant issued by Prime Minister Decision No. 861 of 2017. And on the list of government archives issued by the Minister of Finance Resolution No. 270 of 2009; And on the financial regulations of the budget and accounts issued by the Minister of Finance Resolution No. 136 of 2021; And on the Minister of Finance Resolution No. 610 of 2021 regarding the conditions and prices of the insurance operations of the Government Insurance Fund for the guarantees of the heads of the Covenant; And based on what was presented by the Board of Directors of the Urban Development Fund; After the approval of the Ministry of Finance; And based on what the State Council has seen.
