According to the evidence, the maximum unjustified absence was determined by five days in each semester. The procedural guide also determined the weight of absence, so that the student’s absence during the normal days of working days is monitored as one -day, while two days are monitored if it is in the days of Friday or before or after the official leave or during the periods that precede the final exams for each semester and the last two weeks of the second semester.
The procedural guide clarifies the sequence of alerts and warnings about the unjustified absence, as it begins with a written warning after the absence of one day without an excuse, then he is issued a first warning after the absence of three days, followed by a second warning after the absence of six days with the file to be raised to the child protection unit, then a third warning after the absence of ten days with the file re -raising the file to the child protection unit, and in the absence of fifteen days without an excuse.
