The Foreign Ministry “allows the issuance and certification of a certificate” for those who are interested in the matter “digitally

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched a new digital service with the aim of issuing and ratifying a certificate “to those who are interested in the matter”, in conjunction with the second stage of the “State Deterocracy” program, and in line with the efforts of the UAE in developing government services so that the transaction can be completed in only three steps through one digital window, and without the need to visit the mission headquarters.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Omar Obaid Al -Hoss Al -Shamsi, stressed in a press statement that the development of the service of issuing and certifying a certificate “to whom the matter is concerned” embodies the ministry’s commitment to adopting innovative digital solutions that support the government’s directions to accelerate digital transformation and employ advanced technologies and support the sustainable development process in the field of government work, adding that the new service merged multiple paths into a more flexible and effective action, in a way that contributes to reducing the completion time Transactions and providing high -quality services.
The service allows the citizens of the state abroad to issue a certificate “to those who are interested in the matter” and its certification digitally through the Ministry’s website or through its smart application (for example testimonies for those who are interested in treatment and study), without the need to visit representative missions abroad and deal with traditional procedures; Citizens can take advantage of technical support or inquire about the service through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Center available around the clock via the number: 0097180044444
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has identified two categories that can benefit from the service, the students who want to complete the study abroad, and those who travelers for medical reasons or sick facilities.
I also specified three steps to obtain the service and start logging into the website or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with digital identity, then choosing the type of certificate and entering the required data and documents, and finally receiving the final certificate certified in the form of “BDF”, via e -mail.
She stated that there are four advantages of the service, which is that it is one digital window, canceling the need to submit multiple requests, the speed of achievement, flexibility and higher effectiveness in obtaining the service.
This service comes with the aim of simplifying governmental procedures, speeding up digital transformation, upgrading the quality of the services provided, shortening time, reducing the effort and cost to customers
