The death of a Brazilian goalkeeper after responding to a penalty kick (video)

Edson’s 38 -year -old goalkeeper died after confronting a penalty kick in an amateur football championship in the halls in the Brazilian state of Para.
According to the website of the Spanish newspaper “Marca”, today, Thursday, Edson tackled a penalty kick, and after he walked a few meters towards his colleagues, he collapsed.

The goalkeeper received immediate treatment on the field before he later transferred to the hospital, but he died. According to local media, the cause of death is still unknown.
