The Council of Muslim Elders express its full solidarity with Egypt and its rejection of attempts to displace the Palestinians
The Council of Muslim Elders, headed by His Excellency the Grand Imam, expressed a. D. Ahmed Al -Tayeb, Sheikh of Al -Azhar Al -Sharif, for his full solidarity with the Arab Republic of Egypt, in its position rejecting the policies of the Israeli occupation seeking to displace the Palestinians from their land, and its support for its continuous efforts to stop the shooting in the Gaza Strip and alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people. Benjamin Netanyahu regarding the displacement of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip to Egypt or anywhere else, noting that it is incompatible with international law and United Nations resolutions, and represents a flagrant attack on the rights of the Palestinian people, and a continuation of a series of violations of the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people and its endeavors aimed at liquidating the Palestinian issue. Emphasizing his support for the Egyptian, Arab and Islamic position in support of the rights of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state with its capital, Al -Quds Al -Sharif, calling on the international community to move urgently to stop the aggression on the Gaza Strip, allow the entry of humanitarian and relief aid without obstacle, and protect innocent civilians, and end the suffering of the Palestinian people for more than 7 decades.
