Health: Signing 5 cooperation protocols to support doctors, develop their housing and build their professional capabilities

Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, and Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, witnessed the signing ceremony of 5 cooperation protocols between the Ministries of Health and Higher Education, and the Compensation Fund for the Risks of Medical Professions, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Health in the new administrative capital, in a move that reflects the state’s commitment to enhancing the work environment for doctors and medical teams and raising their professional efficiency. Abdel Ghaffar, spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population, that these protocols aim to support doctors and develop their professional capabilities, as well as improve the infrastructure of the doctors’ housing, in a way that contributes to providing a supportive and sustainable work environment. The Egyptian Health Council in the fields of patient safety and the management of health care risks, in addition to supporting the recruitment of international and local experts to train the members of the fund from doctors and nursing cadres.
