Al -Shaarawi thanks the Minister of Sports for the support of the Jujitsu
Brigadier General Mohamed El -Shaarawi, President of the Egyptian Federation of Jujitsu, stressed during his speech at the opening of the National Jujitsu Championship hosted by the Sports City in the new administrative capital, that the continuous support from Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, is a basic pillar of the start of the jujitsu in Egypt and its spread among different age groups. Sports at the opening ceremony, for his thanks and appreciation for his constant keenness to support the federation since its publicity, indicating that the establishment of the championship in the new administrative capital reflects the state’s interest in the game, and highlights the capital’s position as a major destination for sporting events. Since its establishment, it has been working on spreading the game through academies and clubs and organizing training courses and local championships, which contributed to the formation of a strong base of young women and youth practicing.
