Sohag University expects cooperation protocols with universities in Germany, Belgium and Turkey

The President of Sohag University, Dr. Hassan Al -Numani, signed three cooperation protocols with international universities in Germany, Belgium and Turkey, on the sidelines of the university’s participation in the Higher Education Exhibition in the State of Sweden, in a move aimed at enhancing openness on global higher education institutions, and developing an academic and research environment with international standards. Deepening its international role and exchanging academic experiences, and in line with the goals of the national strategy for higher education and scientific research launched by the Ministry of Higher Education led by Dr. Ayman Ashour, pointing out that cooperation with international universities gives students and faculty members a qualitative educational and training opportunities that keep pace with the latest developments. Sohag to a regional center for education and scientific research in Upper Egypt, pointing out that the university seeks to increase the number of international programs and research partnerships in a way that contributes to improving its global classification, and enhances its position as one of the distinguished educational edifices at the regional and international levels. Cologne University in Germany, Haute Ecole Albert Jacquard in Belgium, and Bursa Technical University in Turkey, with the aim of preparing joint programs in the media and business administration, as well as the exchange of faculty members at the Faculty of Education, Department of French Language, and the availability of scholarships for students and faculty members, as well as joint research and applying for Erasmus projects European.
