& nbsp; Madbouly Prime Minister, Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and a group of Egyptian university presidents, ministry leaders, representatives of universities and partner international institutions, today, Tuesday, September 16th, & nbsp at the headquarters of the new Academy in the new administrative capital.
