The start of the arbitration work of the seventh session of the Fujairah International Photography Award
Fujairah, September 19 / WAM / The Fujairah Authority for Culture and Information, the organizer of the Fujairah International Photography Award, announced the start of the jury to choose the most prominent work participating in the seventh session of 2025, which is organized under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Muhammad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah.
The participants’ door was officially closed on September 16 after it opened the door for registration on October 8, 2024.
This session witnessed a wide turnout from professional and amateur photographers from different countries of the world, which reflects the diverse cultural and artistic nature of the award.
The current session focuses on the main axis: “Fujairah … the city of the East and the light”, along with other axes that include: traditional crafts, markets and stories from the street (the global axis).
The participants this year were distinguished by their artistic and cultural diversity, and contributed to highlighting the richness of the creative experiences of photographers of various nationalities.
The closing ceremony for the announcement of the winners will be held and honored at the end of next October in an official, cultural and artistic presence that reflects the status of the award at the Arab and international levels.
