"Dubai Health" 25 Emirati nurses are appointed on the first day of "Vision 2025"

Dubai, September 23 / WAM / Dubai Health has announced the appointment of 25 Emirati nurses, during the first day of her participation in the “Emirates Vision for Jobs 2025”, in a move embodies its commitment to attract national competencies to join the nursing profession, as it is one of the main pillars of the health care system.

“Dubai Health” welcomed the new national competencies in a special ceremony on its platform at the exhibition, in the presence of His Excellency Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of the Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government, His Excellency Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director General of Dubai Municipality, His Excellency Dr. Amer Sharif, Executive Director of “Dubai Health” and Director of Mohammed bin Rashid University for Medicine and Health Sciences.

During the ceremony, the nurses, the “patient first” section, confirmed their commitment to the values ​​of care and responsibility.

Dr. Amer Sharif expressed his pride in the new batch, noting that “Dubai Health” has achieved 150% growth in the numbers of Emirati nursing cadres during the past three years, bringing the number from 48 to 120 nurses, while the total numbers of nursing staff of different nationalities reached more than 4400 nurses, who in turn contribute to enhancing the quality of health services.

He emphasized that the launch of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, is the name of the campus of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God preserve him, Her Highness Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, to the Faculty of Nursing and Camel To join the nursing profession.

The Faculty of Hind Bint Maktoum Nursing and Come is a pioneering center for preparing and qualifying national competencies in the nursing profession, by presenting academic programs for graduate studies, including masters and diploma, and specialized certificates in intensive care nursing, child care, cardiac care, and emergency, and the college seeks to provide a bachelor’s degree in nursing science soon.

Khalifa Baqir, Executive Director of Operations at Dubai Health, described this appointment as an important station in the process of empowering national cadres, stressing that the sons and daughters of the country are the cornerstone of building a sustainable healthy future.
