500 participants in the ninth edition of the Abu Dhabi Sports Industry Forum
Abu Dhabi, September 26/ WAM/ The Organizing Committee for the activities of the Sports Industry Forum in Abu Dhabi announced the launch of the ninth edition of the most prominent event at the Yas Convention Center in the Yas Marina Circuit, which will be held on October 1 and 2.
Under its umbrella, the forum brings together more than 500 international decision -makers, senior executives, innovators and interested people, to discuss the future of sport in the region and various parts of the world.
The Sports Industry Forum has official support from the Community Development Department – Abu Dhabi, the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, and the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, and “excitement” as an official partner along with the brand partner, “Sarman Live” and the sponsor of the “Nielsen Sports and Entertainment” sessions.
His Excellency Ghanem Mubarak Al -Hajri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Sports, said that the ministry is working to develop a comprehensive and sustainable sports system, which meets the aspirations of all levels, and targets all societal groups to the professional elite, and contributes to the exchange of knowledge and accelerating the pace of progress in our march towards a more active and comprehensive sports sector that reaches global leadership.
For his part, His Excellency Aref Hamad Al -Awani, Secretary -General of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, said that the capital Abu Dhabi enhances its position as a center of excellence by hosting global sports gatherings and major international events, and the Sports Industry Forum represents a platform for cooperation and innovation, which enhances the contribution of sport in creating a positive impact on our societies.
