The first team supervisor of the Dibba Club, Dr. Hamdan Al-Ghsia, confirmed his satisfaction with the precious point that his team came out of facing victory at the end of the fifth round of the ADNOC Professional League, indicating that the 1-1 tie in front of a large team with the history and capabilities of victory is an important moral gain for the team at this stage.

Al -Khamsi told «Emirates Today»: “Victory is a strong team and has a long history in Emirati football, and we were betting on performance and preparedness, and this has achieved an important point outside our land, bringing the team a bit of balance and confidence.”

He added: «Since the beginning of the season, we have played good matches in terms of level, but we have not succeeded in translating performance into positive results. The point in front of Al -Nasr was necessary to be the beginning of the return, and we are working to exploit the next stoppage period in order to address errors, correct the path, and seek positive results in the upcoming rounds.

Al -Ghsia stressed that the decisions of changing the coach or foreign players do not fall within his direct powers, explaining: “These decisions remain in the hands of the board of directors, and we in turn work in a collective spirit for the sake of the team, and we will continue to work hard during the coming period to reach the best possible image.”

Dibba’s first team supervisor concluded his statements, saying: “The team needed to achieve at least a point against victory in order to restore some confidence, and indeed it achieved this. We realize that there are failures that occurred in the last period, and we must all work to solve these problems and crises in a manner that ensures the return of the team to the right track.

The match that brought Al-Nasr in Dibba Al-Fujairah ended at Al Maktoum Stadium with a 1-1 draw, to raise Al-Nasr to 8 points in the table, while Dibba Al-Fujairah achieved his first point in the championship after four consecutive defeats.
