His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum expressed his wishes for judges and judicial inspectors joining the judicial system in Dubai with success in their tasks, and ensuring that conflict is separated in a manner characterized by speed, accuracy, complete impartiality and complete transparency, stressing that “the law remains the solid fence that preserves society, and that the judiciary is the guardian of trust between people, and the pillar of stability of societies … The homelands flourish or the people are progressing. “
His Highness said that the judge is held accountable for the balance of conscience and the fulfillment of the covenant, as he is faithful to achieving justice and protecting the rights of people, which makes the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary as the basis for the renaissance and progress of society, directing His Highness the Judges to be a role model in integrity, and to strive to make the judicial system in Dubai a global reference inspired to establish the balance of justice and acknowledge the rule of law.

For their part, the new judges and inspectors expressed their great pride in the precious confidence they enjoyed from the wise leadership of the Emirate of Dubai, stressing their intention to carry out their tasks and duties in full and in a way that amounts to Dubai and the UAE as a model to establish the rule of law, achieve completed justice, establish the principles of integrity and transparency, and preserve the rights, as they emphasized their keenness Continuing to consolidate society’s confidence in a modern judicial system that keeps pace with the aspirations of the UAE and Dubai towards the highest levels of global leadership.
The legal oath was attended by His Excellency Mohamed Ibrahim Al -Shaibani, Director of the Court of His Highness the Ruler of Dubai, Vice President of the Judicial Council, His Excellency Counselor Issam Issa Al -Humaidan, Attorney General of the Emirate of Dubai, His Excellency Professor Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director of Dubai Courts, His Excellency Judge Abdel Qader Musa Mohamed, President of the Leasing Dispute Resolution Center, His Excellency Counselor Mohamed El Sibousi, Chairman of the Judicial Inspection Agency in Dubai, and His Excellency Professor Dr. Abdullah Saif Al -Sibousi, Secretary General of the Council Judicial in Dubai.
He performed the legal oath of 12 judges, citizen in the Center for Recipitional Dispute Resolution: Noura Sami Salem Muhammad Al Shamsi, Abdullah Ibrahim Muhammad Nawab Omar, Ubayd Ali Muhammad Obaid Al -Badawi, Rashid Ahmed Hassan Muhammad Al -Mutawa, Shehab Ahmed Muhammad Abdullah Ahmed, Abdul Salam Muhammad Saeed Al -Badawi, Rashid Ali Muhammad Murad Al -Balushi, Abid Saeed Muhammad Atiq bin Dhiab Al -Marri, Omar Muhammad Hamad Muhammad Al -Badawi, and Hamad Rashid Obaid Rashid Al Shamsi.
The legal oath of the Judges of the Center for Recovery Disputes, Fathi Saleh Hussein, Ahmed Jamal Al -Jayoushi, and Muhammad Nabawi Abdin, were also performed, and the legal oath also performed the judge in the Dubai Courts Saif Al -Din Abu Samra.
