The Drug Authority participates on the National Day to Combat Dwating
The Egyptian Pharmaceutical Authority, headed by Dr. Ali Al -Ghamrawi, participated in the activities of the International National Day to Combat Dwating, which was held under the auspices of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development and Minister of Health and Population, and in the presence of a number of ministers and officials, including Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Mohamed Hassani, Assistant Minister of Health and Population for Presidential Initiatives, alongside Representatives of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations World Food Program (WFP). Enhancing cooperation between the relevant ministries and international partners to ensure the sustainability of the initiative and expand its scope, in a way that contributes to enhancing the health of Egyptian children and providing them with equal opportunities in education and a decent life. It also extends to the follow -up of dwarf treatment, malnutrition, and review of their safe and effective according to the highest international scientific standards. He explained that this contributes to providing the latest treatments for Egyptian children, and supporting national efforts to build a healthy generation capable of moving forward in the development process. Egyptian to continue its efforts to protect the health of children as the main pillar of the future of the country, and to emphasize that investing in the health of emerging generations is an investment in building a strong homeland that achieves a comprehensive and sustainable development renaissance.
