Cooperation Agreement between "Financial control in Ajman" And the Association of Auditors " To enhance the capabilities of workers in the supervisory sector
Ajman, on September 29/ WAM/ The Financial Supervision Agency in the Ajman government signed a cooperation agreement with the Society of Internal Auditors in the UAE, with the aim of raising the efficiency of workers in the supervisory sector and developing their professional capabilities, in a way that enhances institutional cooperation and exchanging experiences and knowledge in the field of audit and governance.
The agreement includes multiple cooperation areas that include training and qualification programs for the employees of the agency in line with the best global practices and standards in internal audit, and exchange experiences and information between the two parties in a way that supports the development of policies and supervisory procedures.
The agreement includes organizing joint workshops and seminars that contribute to spreading awareness of the importance of internal scrutiny and its role in enhancing transparency and integrity, as well as cooperation in the areas of research and specialized studies to serve the institutions of institutional development and enhance operational efficiency.
His Excellency Shehab Al Ali, Director General of the Financial Supervision Agency in the Ajman government, stressed that this agreement represents an important step towards consolidating strategic partnerships with specialized professional institutions, in order to enhance the capabilities of the agency and keep pace with its aspirations to develop the financial control system.
For his part, Abdel -Qader Obaid Ali, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Internal Auditors Association in the UAE, expressed the association’s pride in this partnership that will contribute to supporting professional practices for internal audit in the UAE, and opens wider horizons to exchange experiences and knowledge.
