Abu Dhabi on October 1/ WAM/ The Supreme Organizing Committee for the Zayed Charitable Racing announced the start of its second stop in the 2025-2026 season, in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro, next Sunday, discussing his first attendance in South America, after the success of his first station in the Chinese capital, Beijing, last month.

The second station of the charitable race in Rio de Janeiro gathered thousands of runners at the distances of 5 and 10 kilometers, including about 200 runners from the sons and daughters of the UAE and with the participation of more than 250 delegations from outside Brazil, in a global sporting and humanitarian event that reflects the immortal heritage of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God bless him, and embodies his message in giving and solidarity between peoples.
The proceeds of the Brazil race is devoted to the Rio Solidario Foundation, one of the most prominent non -profit institutions in Brazil, which works in cooperation with government and community agencies to support children, women and families in need, and provide social integration opportunities, in line with the essence of the race message in enhancing the values ​​of solidarity and empowering needy groups.

The organization of the race in Rio de Janeiro comes after influential stations during the previous years to demonstrate the ability of this Emirati and humanitarian initiative to extend bridges of communication between continents, and to turn sports into a way to make a positive change in people’s lives.
The 2025-2026 season for the race to include new and diverse stations, where hostility and public meet in Abu Dhabi on November 29, before moving to Cairo on December 26, then to Miami on January 30, 2026, to conclude the season in the Hungarian capital Budapest next May, in a new chapter of the race march that roams the world to spread the values ​​of solidarity and hope.
