Ahmed bin Hamid chairs the leadership meeting " Ajman Resources"

Ajman, October 2/ WAM/ Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, representative of His Highness the Ruler of Ajman for Administrative and Financial Affairs, stressed that harnessing artificial intelligence techniques in the field of government human resources contributes to the analysis of data accurately, supports the decision -making process, and determines future needs with higher efficiency, indicating the importance of studying the practices applied in this field and benefiting from them in developing government work, in a way that contributes to raising performance efficiency and quality Services.

During his presidency, he indicated the third leadership meeting of the Human Resources Department in the Ajman government, which was held at the department’s headquarters, in the presence of His Excellency Rashid Abdul Rahman bin Jubran Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Department, and managers of organizational units, to the importance of electronic linking projects implemented by the department with the federal authorities in the state, which represents a strategic step towards enhancing the integration of government systems, raising the efficiency of administrative operations, and simplifying procedures that contribute to a whistle The bureaucracy, and supports the government’s tendencies in building an integrated digital system.

Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi called for measuring the satisfaction of government employees about the approved digital human resources systems and monitoring their development notes, and submitting periodic reports that contribute to continuous improvement, as well as see best practices in electronic linking projects to apply them locally to keep pace with accelerating technical developments.

The meeting dealt with the presentation of the projects and initiatives approved in the department and their completion rates during the first half of the year 2025, in addition to reviewing the results of the strategic and operational indicators of the department and measuring the level of progress towards achieving the goals specified within the strategic plan, and a report of risk management, which touched on the most prominent possible challenges and their impact on the work progress, was presented, along with pre -emptive and treatment plans to reduce their effects.

The meeting reviewed the developments of the cloud computing system, which aims to enhance digital transformation and raise the efficiency of institutional work through flexible and safe systems, in addition to a report on the “balanced summer” initiative, aimed at reducing working hours during the summer and enhancing the health and productive work environment, while highlighting the positive results that were reflected on the employees and their level of satisfaction.

The organizational structures guide was presented in the Ajman government, where the justifications for their design and development were reviewed, the steps to prepare the organizational structure and restructure, in addition to the most prominent normative comparisons that clarify the global controls and foundations adopted in this field, contributing to promoting and developing the government work environment in the emirate.
