The United Nations announces its willingness to enter 170 thousand metric tons immediate aid to Gaza

The United Nations has announced its willingness to enter about 170,000 metric tons of aid to Gaza, warning that the “nightmare” of Gaza had long.
“We have about 170 thousand metric tons of food, medicine, shelter and other necessary supplies, ready to enter Gaza from all over the region,” said Tom Fletcher, Undersecretary of Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Tom Flechcher.
He stressed that the United Nations plan in this regard is not a theory, but rather it is certain of its effectiveness.
The United Nations called on Israel to open the crossings, ensure an unrestricted entry of goods and provide a safe movement for civilians to ensure that people are saved in the sector.
Fletcher pointed to the recent initiative of US President Trump, which he said open a window for hope “and gives the Palestinians an opportunity to receive life -saving aid to the extent necessary, and to return the hostages to their homes.”
He said, “In order for our life -saving plan to succeed, we need to” open the crossings, a safe movement for civilians and relief workers, unrestricted entry of goods, and visas for employees, a space for the work of humanitarian organizations, and the revival of the private sector. “
And he recalled that “the nightmare of Gaza has long and every minute delay brings more misery to people.”
