A committee with deputies ends with approval of the articles subject to the President’s objection to the draft criminal procedure law

The meeting of the Special Committee formed to re -study the articles subject to the President of the Agency’s objection to the draft criminal procedure law, headed by Counselor Ahmed Saaddin, the first undersecretary of the Council, in the presence of the Counselor and Minister of Justice, the advisor, Minister of Parliamentary and Legal Affairs and Political Communication, Legal Adviser to the President of the Council, and representatives of the Ministries of Interior and Communications, Public Prosecution, Supreme Judicial Council, National Council for Human Rights, Faculty of Law, Cairo University. The Special Committee to Approval of all subjects subject to objection & nbsp; The President of the Republic in accordance with the formulations proposed by the two sedans, the Minister of Justice, Parliament, Legal and Political Communication.
