Weather analyst confirmed The National Meteorological Center , Aqil Al -Aqil, that the temperatures in the Kingdom will witness a remarkable moderation starting from mid -October." target ="_Blank"> The northern regions , the eastern and central began to witness a tangible improvement, as the city of Tarif recorded at dawn today a minimum temperature of 18 degrees Celsius. It is expected that the temperatures will gradually improve in Makkah and Madinah with the middle of the month. And the rain
explained that the situation, which has evolved from a tropical depression to a severe tropical storm, is closely monitored, pointing out that its effects of clouds, winds and heavy rains are confined to the areas within its scope outside the Kingdom, expected to gradually weaken during the next 48 hours. It refers to temperatures and rain around its normal rates or a little higher in some areas, stressing that the center will issue more detailed reports on the winter at a later time.
