Khalifa University organizes the Asian and Pacific Cup for the robots next November

Abu Dhabi, October 6 / WAM / Khalifa University of Science and Technology will organize the Asian Scene Cup for robots 2025, during the period from 10 to 15 November, at the “Denik” Center Abu Dhabi with the support of the Council of Smart Movement Systems, in charge of developing policies and promoting strategic cooperation in the smart technology sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The event will be held within the activities of the first edition of “Abu Dhabi Systems Week”, which is organized under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the Presidency for Special Affairs, Chairman of the Council of Smart Systems Systems.

The eighth edition of the Asian Cup Pacific Championships will be held for the first time in the Middle East and North Africa, with the participation of about 1900 world creators to compete in robots based on artificial intelligence, as this event will review a set of challenges through 8 main championships and 15 sub -championships over the week.

The tournament will include 34 competitions in all categories, and 14 competitions will fall under the main tournaments, while 20 of them are classified under the emerging tournaments category.

Championships include football robots, rescue robots, industrial robots, and home robots. The event will also include a championship under the auspices of the industrial sector, and a review of various technologies in this field.

Dr. Hamad Karaki, General President of the Asian Cup and Pacific of Robotat 2025, said that this competition confirms, along with other relevant activities during the Abu Dhabi Self -Movement Systems Week, the distinguished position that the UAE has as one of the most vital international destinations in innovation in the areas of artificial intelligence and robots.

The 2025 version of the Asian and Pacific Cup of robots contributes to stimulating efforts to enhance sustainability, and the participating teams will build environmentally friendly robots, take advantage of recyclable materials, and apply artificial intelligence techniques and solutions to enhance resource management.

The current version of the competition revolves around global topics, the most prominent of which are sustainability, the main industrial sectors, highly efficient energy robots, sustainable manufacturing, and sustainable models based on artificial intelligence.

The Abu Dhabi Self -Movement Systems Week includes a program of events that extends over a whole week, as it will bring together leaders of the industrial sector, innovators, policy makers and investors, with the aim of accelerating the future of self -movement technologies.

The week begins its activities on November 10 at the Abu Dhabi Summit of Self -Movement Systems organized by the Council of Self -Movement Smart Systems, to be a strategic platform for a high -level dialogue, drafting policies and exploring investment opportunities, which will contribute to drawing features of the next stage of innovation and development in the field of self -movement systems at the global level.

Other activities, which will be held within the Abu Dhabi Self -Movement Systems Week, include the “Draft X” exhibition, from 10 to 12 November; And the Abu Dhabi Independent Racing League and march on November 15, which reflects the leadership role of the emirate in the fields of innovation and technological cooperation.

The Abu Dhabi Self -Systems Week 2025 embodies the keenness to support cooperation and innovation efforts based on artificial intelligence solutions, which would enhance efficiency and improve life quality, by taking advantage of safe and sustainable applications of self -movement technological systems.
