The ruler of Sharjah for "Employees": Feel mercy and you apply the law

His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah said, in a phone call through the “Direct Line” program: “How many people are facing problems that have the opportunity to speak in the direct line program?, To hear their voices and address their problems? Work, and we remind you of the noble hadith of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, “Who indicates good; He has the same reward for the perpetrator.
His Highness added: “We send a message to the employees in Sharjah and tell them:“ When a customer comes to you, he faces a problem and you see that it has no way out. You have to contact your manager and ask him to help to solve this problem, to do so or do the government that, we do not want strictness in dealing with the problems of people and the complexity of matters even though it can be solved with one word .. We call on our employees to put mercy in front of their eyes before they utter a single word, and to know that as there is a law there is also the spirit of the law, and to return to us the things that are difficult for us to solve them, And leave it to us to commit to God to treat it.
His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah said: “We are following the problems of people in all places and parties, and we seek to solve them in various ways. And “the courts” and “all government agencies”, and we do everything in our power to solve them, whether by money, mediation or advice, and I speak with people by phone and meet them personally and give them advice to address their problems, two days ago I was asking about the cases in the courts, so they told me a case between a citizen and his mother arrived at the court so I asked them to stop this case and not to put the son in The court asked them to bring me the son, and when I met him, I asked him: Why did you do that?
