The Governor of Giza approves the movement of directors and deputies of educational departments

Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, approved the movement of transfers between directors and deputies of educational departments at the governorate level, which included transfers between a number of leaders, modifying the assignment of some, and increasing a number of competencies, within the framework of the governorate’s keenness to pump new blood and advance the wheel of work. The Governor of Giza indicated that the decision came after careful follow-up of the performance of directors and deputies of educational departments, with the aim of organizing work, controlling the education system, and improving the educational process in the governorate.
He indicated that all decisions aim for the public good and improving the level of performance and educational service provided to our children. Students.
The movement approved by the governor, in the presence of Saeed Attia, Director of the Directorate of Education in Giza, included the infusion of new blood by 23.8% of educational leaders, rotating 11.9% between the positions of director and deputy, and promoting 16.6% of department deputies to department directors, within the framework of the job rotation policy. The assignment was renewed, with 47.6% of the leaders retaining their current positions.
Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, confirmed that the movement comes in light of the state’s plan to develop education and improve the efficiency of the administrative apparatus, stressing that the selection of the leaders was made in accordance with the standards of competence, discipline, and assuming responsibility, ensuring the provision of a distinguished educational service worthy of the people of the governorate.
