The authority’s pavilion showcased the most prominent qualitative innovations that contribute to improving , including ritual decomposition techniques, smart sensor systems, in addition to the authority’s projects in the areas of sustainability, rationalizing spending, and enhancing operating efficiency.
Participates in an accompanying exhibition within the Innovation and Sustainability Forum in Serving the Guests of God at the King Salman International Convention Center in Medina.
Raising the quality of services
The participation included a visual presentation of the cinematic film "Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa"which documents aspects of caring for , and reflects the qualitative efforts made by the authority in harnessing technology and innovation to serve the visitors of the Prophet’s Mosque, in line with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in improving the visitors’ experience and raising the quality of services.
