Minister of Agriculture: Technical school graduates are the cornerstone in building the future of national industry

Alaa Farouk, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, confirmed that graduates of technical schools represent the cornerstone in building the future of national industry and advancing the wheel of development and production… indicating that they are the makers of development and pioneers of future industry.

This came in a speech by the Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, during the graduation ceremony of the first batch, from the Abu Zaabal School for Apprenticeship and Industrial Development, in the presence of Engineer Kamel Al-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Development. Industrial Minister of Transport and Industry, Engineer Mohamed Shimi, Minister of Public Business Sector, Engineer Ayman Attia, Governor of Qalyubia, Engineer Sherif El-Gabali, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Zaabal Fertilizers Group, Engineer Abdel Salam El-Gabaly, Vice Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors, and a number of members of the House of Representatives and Senate, some ambassadors, and senior government officials.

 

Farouk said that the Egyptian state, Under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, it has paid increasing attention to technical education and vocational training, realizing that true development cannot be achieved except with skilled hands and trained minds that possess the skill and knowledge and keep pace with the requirements of the labor market.

 

He stressed the pivotal economic role of these qualified technical personnel, which represent one of the most important tributaries of bringing in hard currency. He explained that this is achieved through two paths: the first through the export of craft industries and handicrafts, and the second through the export of skilled technical labor that has become in demand in many regional and international markets, which strengthens Egypt’s position as a regional center for skills and industrial production.

 

Alaa Farouk sent a message to the graduates…describing them. “The pillar of development, the pillar of industry, and the nation’s ambassadors in production sites,” stressing that through them factories are built, industries flourish, and new job opportunities are created. He also called on them to make their mastery and determination a role model for others, and to be the best example of the creative Egyptian worker loyal to his country.

 

In conclusion In his speech, the Minister extended thanks and appreciation to everyone who contributed to preparing this generation, including teachers, trainers, and engineers, wishing that Egypt, with the help of its children and the minds of its youth, would remain a leader in industry, development, and construction.
