“Human Resources and Emiratisation” presents the “Explorer” project at GITEX 2025

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, as part of its participation in the GITEX Global 2025 exhibition, revealed its innovative project “The Explorer”, which constitutes a model for digital transformation and innovation using artificial intelligence techniques to support the Ministry’s employees and facilitate access to data and thus make appropriate decisions in the labor market within the framework of controlling and organizing it and providing distinguished services to customers.

The project relies on artificial intelligence techniques, enabling Ministry employees to explore the digital integrations catalog (API Catalog) in a smooth and interactive way, and allows them to ask direct inquiries related to the data available through linking systems, the fields (Attributes) that are exchanged, technical linking requirements, and other technical information, to obtain immediate and accurate answers. It also allows Ministry employees can explore more than 100 electronic integration processes with more than 60 federal, local and private entities, in a smart and interactive way that facilitates the process of accessing data.

Reham Al-Mutawa, Director of Data Management, said: “The “Explorer” project reflects the Ministry’s leadership and sustainable efforts in line with the directions of the digital government and the zero-bureaucracy program, and confirms the Ministry’s continued commitment to innovation and digital transformation, as the project is a qualitative shift in the way the Ministry’s employees interact with digital integration data, and contributes to raising work efficiency and providing faster, more accurate, and more competitive services, which enhances the internal user experience. It supports the Ministry’s aspirations towards digital leadership.

She added, “The project also contributes to accelerating access to information and improving operational efficiency by automating processes using the latest artificial intelligence technologies. It also supports data-based decision making by enabling employees to obtain a comprehensive and accurate picture of the available digital capabilities, which enhances the ability of work teams to analyze data and make strategic decisions.”

The “Explorer” project highlights the Ministry’s vision towards smart transformation, and is a practical example of employing artificial intelligence to improve institutional performance. It is displayed in the Ministry’s pavilion within the federal government platform during the GITEX 2025 exhibition, which includes six innovative projects that highlight the Ministry’s commitment to keeping pace with the latest technological trends, by showcasing its distinguished digital projects to a local and global audience.
