Judge Hazem Badawi, head of the National Elections Authority, stated that the committees receiving applications for candidacy for the House of Representatives elections have begun their work regularly for the eighth and final day in all the headquarters specified by the authority in the courts of first instance, from nine in the morning until two in the evening, during which the National List for Egypt submitted its nominations on the list system for the Cairo, South and Central Delta sectors, which includes the governorates of (Cairo, Qalyubia, Dakahlia, Menoufia, Gharbia, Kafr El-Sheikh), and for the North, Central and South Upper Egypt sector, which includes the governorates of (Giza, Fayoum, Beni Suef, Minya, Assiut, New Valley, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan, and the Red Sea).
Three lists were also presented for the West Delta sector: the popular list, Your Voice for Egypt, the Call of Egypt list, and the Generation list, and the last list was presented for the East sector. The Delta as well.
