Dubai, October 16 / WAM / The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, during its participation in the GITEX Global 2025 exhibition, launched its smart system “Ain”, which aims to bring about a qualitative shift in accelerating the processes of issuing work permits, by processing applications automatically while reducing the need for human intervention except in exceptional cases. The “Ain” system works to speed up administrative procedures and reduce human errors, by using the characteristics of the artificial intelligence agent “AI Agent” to verify the documents required to issue work permits. The system analyzes documents such as personal photos, passports, and educational certificates to ensure the accuracy and validity of the documents.

His Excellency Rashid Hassan Al-Saadi, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for the Labor Market Services Sector, said that the “Ain” system represents a new step towards improving the ministry’s services in keeping pace with global digital transformations, within a wide range of digital transformation and artificial intelligence projects.

He added that the “Ain” system provides real added value to the work permit service by accelerating the completion of transactions, reducing operational costs, and ensuring the submission of high-quality documents, which contributes to improving the overall customer experience.

He explained that the package of innovative projects launched successively by the Ministry confirms the commitment to enhancing customer experience and increasing the efficiency of government business through artificial intelligence technologies, and also reflects its leadership and ability to provide innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of operational processes.
