With a hat-trick in Al-Bataeh… Al-Wahda leads the league “temporarily”

Al-Wahda rose “temporarily” to the top of the overall standings of the ADNOC Professional Football League, after its outside victory over Al-Bataeh, 3-1, today, Friday, at the opening of the sixth stage of the competition.
At the Khalid bin Mohammed Stadium in the smiling emirate, in front of nearly three thousand spectators, Al-Wahda found its way to overthrow Al-Bataeh easily, when it managed in just four minutes to score two goals, after defender Lucas Pimienta opened the scoring with a follow-up in front of the goal (10), and then Dusan, from Tadic, was able to double the score, by scoring the second goal alone with the goalkeeper (14), ending the first half with that result.
Al-Wahda continued to assert its superiority in the half, scoring the third goal through the fire of his friend, by Al-Bataeh player, Omar Keita, who tried to push the ball away and put it over the goalkeeper, “60”, while the only breakthrough came through Denny Burgess, from a follow-up to Omar Keita’s cross.
Thus, Al Wahda’s score rises to 14 points, one point ahead of Al Ain, while Al Bataeh’s score is frozen at only three points in 12th place.
