المملكة: Conference launch "Childhood thrives in 2030” to discuss ways to develop childhood
Launched Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman Universityn is represented in College of Education and Human Development, and the Early Childhood Agency at Ministry of Education, today, Wednesday, October 22, 2025 AD, the “Childhood Flourishes in 2030” conference, sponsored by His Excellency the Minister of Education, Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Bunyan.
The conference was attended by His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Education, Dr. Enas bint Sulaiman Al-Issa, and a number of education sector leaders, Saudi institutions and bodies, and specialists in the fields of childhood, at the university’s conference and seminar center.
Dialogue Sessions
The conference includes 3 dialogue sessions entitled “Sustainable Investment in Childhood,” “The Child in the Digital World,” and “Child Psychological Well-Being,” in addition to “6” specialized workshops, including: “Children’s Educational Rights,” “Strategies for Teaching Children’s Literacy Skills,” and “The Role of “The kindergarten teacher in promoting the comprehensive development of the child.”
The conference includes interactive sessions that help parents, educators, and specialists become familiar with modern tools and technologies. To support child development in the digital age and artificial intelligence, discover talents, raise awareness of children’s educational rights, and hold meetings with experts and specialists in the fields of education, technology, and mental health; To discuss strategies, policies and visions that can be adopted at the level of governments and institutions to improve the quality of children’s lives.
Interactive corners
The conference includes interactive corners, an exhibition of scientific posters and innovative educational methods, in addition to an accompanying exhibition that deals with a series of educational activities for the early childhood stage, including initiatives From the competent authorities and sectors concerned; To enhance awareness of the importance of child care and development, and to contribute to the growth of children in a safe and sustainable environment.
The conference will witness the announcement of the names of the winners of the Noura Childhood Award; Which was launched last September; In celebration of the distinguished national efforts in the field of quality of life for children and psychological well-being, under two main tracks: “Institutional Track… Institutional Initiatives” and the Individual Track “Individual Initiatives”.
Memorandum of Understanding
On the sidelines of the conference, a memorandum of understanding is being signed between Princess Nourah University and the Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz Charitable Foundation; To cooperate and exchange experiences in everything that serves societal sustainable development goals.
The “Childhood Flourishes in 2030” conference comes within the framework of His Highness the Crown Prince’s initiative to “protect children in cyberspace,” and within the roles of the College of Education and Human Development to contribute to achieving the goals of the strategic plan of Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University 2025, by providing a supportive and comprehensive environment in the fields of childhood and development. humanity, promoting academic and research excellence, building effective partnerships to serve children, and implementing innovative community initiatives that contribute to preparing a conscious generation for a vibrant and prosperous future.
