The memorandums of cooperation included building an effective system for designing field training, creating training paths that meet the current and future needs of the Ministry of Defense, in addition to implementing short-term applied training programs for practicing technicians that end with accredited certificates, and other programs to build the capabilities of education staff members in the Ministry’s educational institutions.

It also included cooperation in the field of building evidence, evidence, performance indicators, quality assurance systems, military academic accreditation, managing continuous improvement processes, exchanging experiences in the scientific and academic field, conducting research and studies, and publishing their results in accordance with the principles of scientific arbitration.

Under the memorandums, universities provide support in facilitating admission procedures for Ministry employees to complete the academic achievement of those transferred from other universities, and granting study seats to Ministry of Defense employees who are war-wounded and children of Martyrs, providing scientific and cognitive support in the fields of innovation and creativity, in addition to experimenting with artificial intelligence in education and training.
