The players Khadija Hani Al-Dafrawy and Youssef Mohamed Kamel, players of the Desouk Sports Club in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, are part of the Egyptian national team delegation, in the 36th World Speedball Championship for adults and juniors, held in the Indian capital, New Delhi. The tournament will be held from October 31 to November 7, 2025, and the Egyptian champions will compete with players from Poland, Germany, Ukraine, Iraq, Kuwait, India, Palestine " Under the patronage of Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, and Major General Dr. Alaa Abdel Moati, Governor of Kafr El-Sheikh.
For his part, Dr. Ezzat Mahrous, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Kafr El-Sheikh, expressed his happiness at the joining of players Youssef Kamel Speed Solo for the men and Khadija El-Defrawy for the girls’ singles, players from the Desouk Sports Club, to the ranks of the Egyptian national team to participate in the tournament after the Egyptian Federation nominated them, against the backdrop of their victory.
