Abu Dhabi, November 1, 2017 – ADIPEC, during its 41-session run, has established the UAE’s global leadership position in shaping and shaping the global energy future and enhancing the path of transformation in the sector through investment, artificial intelligence, and global partnerships.
With expectations that global energy consumption will rise by about 50% by 2050, and this requires cumulative investments exceeding $275 trillion, ADIPEC 2025, which kicks off tomorrow, Monday in Abu Dhabi, stands out as a vital platform for attracting investments and driving innovation to maintain energy security and achieve carbon neutrality in the long term.
ADIPEC 2025 highlights the importance of enhancing the flexibility of current energy systems in conjunction with the increased spread of smart solutions and technologies that contribute to accelerating the pace of global progress.
ADIPEC’s expanded Artificial Intelligence Zone highlights Abu Dhabi’s position as a global center for enhancing integration between the energy and artificial intelligence sectors. It will also showcase the contributions of artificial intelligence tools and solutions to improving energy systems, raising their efficiency, enabling smarter infrastructure, and driving sustainable progress on a large scale. The ADIPEC exhibition and conference has become an important pivotal station in the path of the global energy industry and activating commercial, financial and technical dialogue in a way that contributes to accelerating the transition towards more efficient, sustainable and intelligent energy systems.
ADIPEC 2025 represents the largest and most comprehensive session in its history, as it brings together under its umbrella the main sectors of the global economy, from energy, technology and finance to logistics and policies, with the aim of meeting the global demand for energy in more sustainable and cost-efficient ways.
ADIPEC 2025 exhibition and conference hosts more than 2,250 exhibitors in 17 exhibition halls and includes 4 specialized areas, including artificial intelligence, digital transformation, decarbonization, the maritime sector and logistics services, in addition to a new exhibition dedicated to chemicals and low-carbon solutions.
30 national pavilions will participate in the event, including pavilions for emerging markets that highlight ready investment opportunities in Africa, Asia and Latin America, reflecting the importance of partnership between public and private capital in promoting innovation, developing infrastructure, and expanding access to clean energy.
The ADIPEC 2025 exhibition and conference is expected to attract more than 205,000 visitors from 172 countries around the world. It also includes 12 conference programs and more than 380 dialogue sessions with the participation of more than 1,800 international speakers.
The event will witness the launch of many new activities, as the Culture Pavilion at ADIPEC 2025 represents the UAE’s cultural gateway to the world and offers an open invitation for visitors to discover the essence of national identity and its true spirit, beyond titles and stereotypes.
The pavilion presents an integrated vision that embodies the features of the authentic Emirati identity, the established values, and the qualitative shift that the country has witnessed in various fields, which contributed to the formulation of its global partnerships, the promotion of innovation, and the consolidation of its leadership in the energy sector.
This year, the exhibition includes wider and more diverse exhibition spaces that include specialized areas to highlight the latest technology, including the chemicals and low-carbon solutions area, which displays innovative solutions across the stages and areas of value chains, the navigation and logistics services area, which displays solutions that contribute to enhancing global interconnection, and the emissions reduction area, which presents solutions that contribute to building a low-emissions future.
During this year’s session, the “ADIPEC Youth” program offers a set of programs designed to inspire and empower the next generation of energy sector leaders through interactive educational experiences, direct career guidance, and innovation challenges. The event also witnesses the launch of the new Chemicals and Low Carbon Solutions Exhibition to enhance Abu Dhabi’s leading role as a center for innovation in carbon reduction solutions and initiatives.
The new edition of ADIPEC includes many events, most notably the strategic conference, which brings together the most prominent leaders, policy makers, innovators and influencers around the world within 10 programs to discuss a number of the most important challenges facing the energy sector. This year, the conference focuses on several main areas, including emerging economies, natural gas, liquefied natural gas, refining, manufacturing, marketing, chemical industries, diversification, leadership and development, artificial intelligence technologies, and digital transformation. ADBEC Exhibition will include 54 national and international oil and energy companies, 30 international pavilions, and several specialized areas, including digital transformation, emissions reduction, maritime business, logistics, and artificial intelligence, providing an interactive platform for cooperation between different sectors.
