Today, the National Training Academy began the activities of a training program for members of the Senate that includes a number of integrated topics, including exchanging experiences with former representatives, developing political and media communication skills, dealing with digital transformation and data management, in addition to developing tools for parliamentary oversight work.
     
     
     
 The program aims to support new members who have not previously participated in the work of the Council, through training content that balances theoretical knowledge and practical application, and contributes to developing the capabilities necessary for effective professional performance inside and outside the Council, and in a way that enhances the efficiency of parliamentary work.
 The first day began with welcome speeches from Dr. Sulafa Juwaili, Executive Director of the National Training Academy, and Dr. Taher Nasr, Deputy Executive Director, for the new Senators.
 Dr. Sulafa Gouili confirmed that this program comes as an extension of the academy’s mission to support state institutions through specialized and professional training, in a way that enhances the efficiency of institutional performance and serves the comprehensive development process witnessed by the new republic.
 In her speech, Dr. Sulafa Gouili said: “We are proud today that the National Training Academy, as one of the training and qualification edifices in Egypt, is launching the first training program dedicated to the category of Of the higher ranks of the state, they are the new gentlemen of the Senate. This program confirms the Academy’s belief in the importance of supporting leaders in various positions of responsibility, and providing them with the latest knowledge and skills that enable them to perform their national role efficiently and effectively, and in a manner consistent with the vision of the Egyptian state to build people and enhance their capabilities.
 For his part, Counselor Dr. Ahmed Abdel Ghani, Secretary General of the Senate, expressed his appreciation for the fruitful cooperation between the Council and the National Training Academy, noting that this program embodies the Council’s keenness to support and empower its members. Of modern knowledge and legislative and oversight tools that keep pace with the requirements of the next stage, in a way that enhances the efficiency of parliamentary work and serves the interests of the nation and the citizen.
