Liverpool explodes and wins…and Courtois saves Real Madrid from a “scandal”

Real Madrid survived a major football scandal and left Anfield losing 1-0, today, Tuesday, in the fourth round of the European Champions League.
Liverpool raised its score to 9 points, which is the same score as Real Madrid.
First half: Courtois “against everyone”
The fire of the match did not subside, and the events flared up in a first half whose hero was the “Royal Team” goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, who stood tall in the face of a storm of red attacks to deprive the home team of 4 goals.
Digitally… Liverpool were more impulsive and bold, and shot 9 balls at Madrid’s goal, including 4 between the sticks, but “the octopus” Courtois caught all the attention as if he had dozens of arms, unusually stopping the shots of the Hungarian Dominik Siboszlai Orchestra.
On the other hand, Real Madrid relied on a solid defense led by Tchoamini, Carreras and Militao, with an orphan attempt signed by Jude Bellingham, which was among only five Real Madrid shots, including two on goal, but it reminded everyone that Real Madrid only needs a moment to score against Liverpool.
The second half: “Liverpool went crazy”
Courtois continued to conquer Liverpool’s attackers and fans by saving the Real Madrid goal from 3 more goals within 10 minutes with saves that will remain immortal in history, and with every save he distributed wide smiles to his teammates, proud of what he had provided while at the top of his technical level.
But the joy of the outstanding goalkeeper was not complete after his goal was conceded and finally succumbed to the logic of Liverpool’s clear field superiority, from a free-kick that Siboslai reversed onto the head of the Argentine McAllister and found its way into the goal (60).
Real Madrid tried to remedy the critical situation and waited until the 75th minute to threaten Liverpool’s goal with a ball that Brazilian Vinicius Junior passed to Frenchman Kylian Mbappé, who shot it with force, and Georgian goalkeeper Mamarda Shvili excelled in clearing it.
Amid crowds of boos from Liverpool, Madrid coach Xabi Alonso brought on left-back Alexander Arnold to play his first match against his former team.
Egyptian Mohamed Salah almost fired the coup de grâce at Real Madrid had it not been for Courtois’ effort to save his ball in the last moments.
