The Minister of Housing directs the rapid completion of various projects in October Gardens City

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, directed the rapid completion of the implementation of projects in the city of October Gardens in accordance with the technical specifications at the specified times, and the continuous carrying out of periodic maintenance work, resolving traffic congestion to eliminate traffic density on the main and secondary roads in the city of October Gardens, improving the visual image, and continuous communication with citizens to solve all problems.

 

This came during the meeting held by the minister to follow up on the progress of work on the projects. The various projects in the city of October Gardens, which include road projects, facilities, and various residential projects in the city, in the presence of officials from the Ministry and the New Urban Communities Authority, the head of the October Gardens City Authority, and a number of assistants.

During the meeting, engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny was briefed on the position of road development projects in the city of October Gardens, including Zewail Road, the entrance, the Nilesat Road, and the dual R4 “services axis” And the Wholesale Market Road, Dahshur Road 266, the R3 Road, and the development of entrances to the city from the Zewail and Fayoum Roads, as well as the operation and maintenance position of the city’s road sectors, and the main and secondary road projects being implemented in October Gardens.

The position of several housing projects was also reviewed during the meeting, including a project to implement housing units for all Egyptians, 810 buildings, and the unit delivery plan, and a housing project for all Egyptians – the fifth phase, middle-income axis, 219 buildings.” Valera Gardens”, and the sixth phase is a low-income axis with 396 buildings. The business situation in the “Diyarna” project was also reviewed. For medium housing in 118 buildings in the Downtown area of ​​October Gardens.

During the meeting, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny was briefed on the progress of work in the drinking water and sanitation system in October Gardens, and the executive position of a number of strategic water and sanitation projects to meet the current and future needs of October Gardens.
