Ajman, 7 November / WAM / The Department of Human Resources of the Government of Ajman, in cooperation with the Ajman Youth Council, concluded the activities of the “Forsa” exhibition for employment in the private sector, which was held yesterday in Al-Bayt Mitwahid Hall with the participation of private institutions.

The exhibition provided a practical platform for citizens seeking work, with bachelor’s, diploma, and high school degrees or less, as it provided them with opportunities to conduct immediate job interviews.

In addition to the interviews, the events included discussion sessions and interactive workshops within the “Empowerment Opportunity” initiative, which focused on enhancing the career future of young people and qualifying them with the necessary skills to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market.

The exhibition witnessed a main session entitled “The Career Future: Continuing Success and New Horizons for Future Leaders,” presented by Maryam Gina Nabut from the Project Management Institute (PMI), and a panel discussion entitled “How Can Young People Adapt to the Requirements of the Career Future?” In which specialists from Ajman University, the Nafs Youth Council, the PMI Institute, and the Human Resources Department participated, during which they discussed the required skills, the importance of professional certificates, and creating a balance between work and entrepreneurship.
