The aid provided included hundreds of various food baskets containing the basic materials needed for daily consumption, as they were stored in the warehouses of the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage, in preparation for their distribution to the beneficiary families according to a precise field plan that ensures justice and transparency in the delivery of aid.

Saudi support in Gaza

The head of the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage, Dr. Issam Abu Khalil, confirmed that this aid comes As an extension of the pioneering humanitarian role played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the King Salman Relief Center.

He stated that the Center’s teams are working around the clock to implement the field receipt, distribution and documentation operations in accordance with the highest humanitarian standards.

It is noteworthy that the Center has operated an air bridge and another sea bridge, from which (71) planes and (8) ships have arrived so far, carrying more than (7,655) tons of food, medical and shelter supplies.

Saudi aid to Gaza

(20) ambulances were delivered to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society. In addition, the Center signed agreements with international organizations to implement relief projects inside the Strip worth (90) million and (350) thousand dollars.

This is in addition to implementing air drops in partnership with Jordan to overcome the closure of the crossings and secure the arrival of aid.

This aid comes as an extension of the relief efforts that Provided by the Kingdom through the King Salman Relief Center; To alleviate the suffering of the brotherly Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, who face harsh humanitarian conditions; Which makes this aid necessary to support Palestinian families in the Gaza Strip.
