Pope Tawadros II and the Governor of Giza inaugurate a number of service and social projects in 6th of October City

Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, participated with His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of Mark, in the opening and laying of the foundation stone for a number of service and social projects in 6th of October City. And development in the fields of education, health, and social care, stressing that serving the citizen is the common goal that brings together the executive branch of the governorate, religious institutions, and civil society institutions within a framework of partnership and national responsibility.
The activities included laying the foundation stone for Sindh Hospital next to the October and Osim Archdiocese, and the opening of the Virgin Mary School, the Hero Dialysis Center, the Roman Hero Specialized Clinics, and the Arc Roof Sports and Social Club in the Haram City and Paradise areas in the cities of October and 6th Gardens. The Governor of Giza confirmed that the projects are a qualitative addition to the service, social and health sector in the governorate, and are consistent with the state’s directions in supporting initiatives and projects that benefit citizens in various areas of life.
The governor added that the Giza Governorate is keen to enhance cooperation with all state institutions, the church and civil society institutions to serve the citizen, stressing that serving humanity is the common goal that brings everyone together in a framework of partnership.
