Urgent.. Minister of Youth: One billion views of the final match reflect the ability and status of Egyptian football

Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, witnessed the final match of the Egyptian Super Cup between Al-Ahly and Zamalek in the Emirati capital, Abu Dhabi, praising the exceptional organization of the tournament and the integrated equipment and professional organization provided by the UAE, which reflected its ability to make the largest sporting events in the region a success.

 

The Minister stressed that the distinctive atmosphere inside the stadium and the large public presence contributed to the emergence of an honorable version worthy of Egyptian football and its fans, noting that The arrival of global viewership rates to about one billion views reflects the great status that Egyptian football enjoys in the Arab world and internationally, and confirms the power of influence and attraction that it possesses.

Dr. Ashraf Sobhi stressed that sports cooperation between Egypt and the Emirates has become a model to be emulated, thanking all the organizing bodies for presenting a tournament that appeared in a civilized manner befitting the name of Egyptian football.

The Minister also praised the remarkable development witnessed by the Egyptian sports system thanks to the full support of His Excellency the President. Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, stressing the depth of the fraternal relations between Egypt and the Emirates, the government and the people.
