He reviewed during his participation today, in the activities of the fifth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition, within a dialogue session entitled "The journey of the arrival of the guests of God… increasing efficiency and facilitating procedures"The most prominent features of the technical transformation witnessed by the General Directorate of Passports, and its efforts to facilitate entry and exit procedures for the guests of God and raise the efficiency of the services provided to them.

Major General Al Murabba explained that the Passports Department has adopted an institutional approach based on enhancing digital transformation and developing technical systems in international ports, which contributes to improving performance efficiency and accelerating the pace of field work, and expanding the use of artificial intelligence techniques, to facilitate and accelerate procedures, and improve the experience.
